N-Asset Vietnam established in the Real Estate Consultancy business in December 2011.

We have introduced many types of offices and apartments for most of foreign customers based on their requests and inquiries since the beginning.

At N-Asset Vietnam, there are Japanese speaking and English speaking teams, who have experience and skills in Real Estate Leasing, Buying and Managing.

We provide and support our owners with their asset and also, our customers with the specific works:

+ Propose and provide market price
+ Manage apartment when it is on vacant
+ Advertise the apartment for Lease
+ Open the apartment and show to the Customer
+ Prepare a Leasing contract
+ Clean the apartment before checking-in.
+ Hand-over the apartment with the checking of furniture list
+ Register Temporary Residence at the Ward Police Station
+ Perform the Tax Document and pay tax fee
+ Remind and make the debit note during the rent period
+ Support to repair the malfunction equipment in the apartment
+ Support the customers the procedures of checking-out

Knowing the demand on buying and selling property from the Customers, N-Asset Vietnam has expanded and joined the Buy and Sell business since 2015
